Stormy was able to get us into our dream condo with an FHA loan in a market where banks only wanted to look at buyers with cash only offers or huge down payments. It look us exactly 10 months to the day to close on our “Short Sale” and she was working for us every step of the way. On top of daily conversations with banks, negotiators and other agents, she had to encourage two frustrated first time home buyers to hang in there and keep the faith. She was so patient with us and always happy to answer our seemingly endless brigade of questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had a great grasp the market in general.
